About Us
Bifwoli Legal Consultancy and Investments (BLCI) is a leading legal and investment consultancy with its headquarters located in the Hague, Netherlands. We have partnered with various firms and leading financial institutions in Africa. We provide independent and impartial legal advice to individuals, companies, governments, NGOS, investors and other entities on a wide range of legal issues including but not limited to Conveyancing Law, Criminal Law, Civil Law, International Criminal law, and Human Rights Law amongst others. We assist our clients with the preparation as well as registration of legal documents with the relevant government agencies.
We also provide independent investment advice to our clients on matters such as available business opportunities in Europe and Africa in areas such as oil and gas, real estate, infrastructure projects, finance and agriculture amongst others. We assist our clients in registering and setting up their businesses in the Netherlands and Africa as well as to secure capital and financing for their businesses with leading and reputed financial institutions and Banks.
Our Team
Betty Bifwoli
Mrs. Betty Bifwoli is a lead consultant and an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. She holds a Master of Laws degree in Advanced International Criminal Law from the University of Leiden in the Netherlands and a Bachelor of Laws degree from Moi University amongst other qualifications. Mrs. Bifwoli has also undertaken a specialized training Course in International Criminal Law for Young Panelists on “Assessing the Effectiveness of International Criminal Law in the Prevention and Control of Transnational and International Crimes”, at the International Institute of Higher Studies in Criminal Sciences in Italy.
On Experience, Mrs. Bifwoli has previously worked as an intern with the International Criminal Court, United Nations Special Tribunal for Lebanon and the Hague Institute for Internationalization of Law all of which are located at the Hague. She is the certified agent for Cooperative Bank of Kenya (which is the fourth largest Bank in Kenya with assets worth 413.41 Billion Kenyan shillings) in the Netherlands. In addition, she is also the founder and CEO of Kenyan Delicacies- a leading restaurant located in the heart of the The Hague – next to The Hague Central Train station.
